ZAPHIRE TREASURES INC-  Shipping and Returns

At our Luxury and Style T-Shirt and Custom Product Store ZAPHIRE TREASURES., INC  we take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer the following shipping and return policy.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the United States this can change at any time. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping may vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you ordered or weather conditions.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund this excludes customized products.  We only accept returns on products that are in their original condition and have not been worn or washed. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  zaphiretreasures@gmail.com  to request a return authorization number. Once you receive your return authorization number, you can send the product back to us at the address.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
