Order Placement: All custom product orders must be placed through our website or in-store. We reserve the right to reject any order that violates our terms and conditions.
Design Approval: The customer is responsible for providing the design for the custom product. We will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement or trademark violations that may arise as a result of the design provided by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any design that is offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of order placement. Payment methods available on the website will be accepted at the time of order placement.
Production Time: The production time for custom products may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the product selected. A production time estimate will be provided at the time of order placement.
Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order placement based on the shipping address provided by the customer. We do not offer international shipping for custom products at this time.
Returns and Exchanges: Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. We will work with the customer to resolve any issues related to faulty or damaged products.
Cancellation: Custom product orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If the order has not yet been processed, the customer may cancel their order by contacting customer service.
Intellectual Property: All designs provided by the customer remain the property of the customer. We reserve the right to use photos of the final product for promotional purposes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms and conditions before placing an order.

At our Luxury and Style T-Shirt and Custom Product Store ZAPHIRE TREASURES., INC we take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer the following shipping and return policy.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the United States this can change at any time. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping may vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you ordered or weather conditions.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund this excludes customized products. We only accept returns on products that are in their original condition and have not been worn or washed. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Once you receive your return authorization number, you can send the product back to us at the address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
